You will find us in Sunny Northern California, just 7 miles off of Interstate 5. We are always happy to help you with info and advice. We have raised miniature donkeys since 1993, and I don't know how we ever lived without them. We have mini-donkeys for sale all year. All of our donkeys are hand raised and halter trained from birth. They are fully vaccinated, including West Nile. Specializing in the original foundation color, gray-dun, although we do have a variety of colors available. We do feel that the gray is more true to the original Mediterranean Miniature Donkey.  Most of our donkeys are under 32 inches, we strive to keep our minis miniatures. A Large Frosted Spotted Standard Jennet trained to pack and broke to ride.  Cookie is a younger Donkey about 6 years of age and in excellent health and seems to have good confirmation.  She is very social with other Donkeys and is observed to nurture all the Miniature Donkeys like they are her babies.  Her asking price is $2000.

We are expecting three foals in April-May from our perfect dark red with light points jack, Rancho Rhea Chianti; he is bred to sorrel jennets. We plan to use Country Music's Neal Mc Coy, a national champion and lead sire from WolfHeart Ranch (29.5 inch brown) and Overlook's Ebony Mountain (black 29")for our 2013 foal season.

Directions:
Overlook Ranch is located 13 miles from Tehachapi in the gated equestrian community of Bear Valley Springs. Visitors are always welcome with a call in advance. Please remember that our weather can be severe during the winter months as our ranch is at 5,500 feet altitude and subject to heavy snow.

We have sold all of our 2011 jennets. Currently, we have two ten month old jacks....soon to be geldings (May 1st). Overlook's Keene is a brown jack born April 2011 and Overlook's Caliente born May 2011. Either jack is available for $1,000 or $750 if gelded.
