ADMS registered miniature donkeys can be found at Big River Miniature Donkey Farm. Located just 30 minutes east of the Mississippi River and the Iowa boarder. Our herdsire MGF, Trueth and Justices (TJ). Our breeding program focus is on conformation (drafty/stocky with broad front and round rear), size (31" - 33"), pedigree and color (Sorrell and spotted). We strive to produce high quality miniature donkeys. We are both school teachers and our two sons take part in the raising and care of our small herd. Family raised registered Miniature Donkeys for sale. We offer show and pet quality jennets, well trained socialized geldings and occasionally a herdsire quality jack. Our goal is to preserve and improve the conformation of the halter class show donkey.  We aim to place our foals in loving homes with high standards for their breeding stock. BR Raise the Bar- 31" dark brown jack. We are very proud of this little guy. If you are a Desperado fan, you will love him too. Stocky, straight, and an adorable head. Look for his foals in 2012.

Directions:
Located just outside of the Quad Cities and 170 miles west of Chicago we are easy to find. Interstate 80 to Hwy 84 east, turn right on 71st St. for 3 miles, turn left on 239th and into Prairie Ridge Estates.  We are the last house with the donkeys in the front!
