raising top quality miniature donkeys. Breeders of spotted, dark chocolate,

All of our donkeys are friendly and loveable, with the babies imprinted from

Rancho Galleano is a small ranch that specializes in very correct and quality
stock, great temperaments and all colors (darks, sorrels, spotted, frosted
white, and gray dun.) Our herdsires (a 29 1/2" sorrel and a 30 1/2" black/brown)
have excellent pedigrees, including the original Italian imports and
championship Country Music's George Jones lineage. Our jennets are also from
excellent bloodlines (Circle C, Valentino 50, Philamena, Red Beau, Cobra's
Arthur, Rainbow's Blizzard, 45 Magnum and 26 1/2" Otis.) We're located very

We have a small 10 acre ranch and started with two jennys and their baby jacks.
A man in town that was under great stress pleaded with me to take his herd of
donkeys in order to keep them together. At the time, this was no problem. I now
have 27 miniature donkeys. I would like to thin out the herd, and have about
every kind of donkey that you can imagine: spotted, dark brown, and gray duns.
All of my herd have been handled since birth. The Herd sire is Country Music's
Ty Herndon, or one of his offspring. As long as you can provide a safe and
suitable home, we have a donkey for you. We also require that you have a
companion for your jenny or jack, as all owners know this provides your pet with
a low stress environment. For those of you that have never had a miniature
donkey, you will find they are more like dogs than horses. They would rather be
brushed than eat. Fresh hay, a clean water supply, and shelter are all you will
need. I guarantee that the hours of enjoyment with your mini donk will bring the
joy that is so essential to life. Since I have owned donkeys, I have survived
cancer. I no longer choose to breed, I have two studs for sale. If you have a
loving home, I would love to talk to you about some of my donkeys. (7/08)

south west of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We welcome you to visit our farm or to
